These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Super Sweet CRM (the “Service”), a multi-tenant customer relationship management (CRM) platform that integrates with GoHighLevel to help you manage your contacts, conversations, calendars, and pipelines. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law, and that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and workspace.
- A workspace owner controls membership, branding, billing, and may export or delete the workspace and its data.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the conduct of users you invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or the rights of others, including privacy and anti-spam laws;
- send unsolicited communications or content you are not authorized to send;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or exceed the limits of your plan or rate limits.
4. Subscriptions, plans, and billing
- The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Certain features (for example, agency-provisioned backend accounts) require a paid plan.
5. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (your “Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We act as a processor of Customer Data on your behalf, as further described in our Data Processing Addendum. GoHighLevel remains the system of record for the underlying CRM data; the Service maintains a synchronized read cache.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and AI providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before deletion.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Insert your governing-law jurisdiction here with counsel.
